Forged Stainless Steel Series

The Air Torque stainless steel S Series actuators is a corrosion resistant rack and pinion actuator series particularly engineered for corrosive environments and sanitary applications. They are manufactured by using high quality extruded or hot rolled stainless steel body material in A182 F316/ EN 10088-3 / 1.4401. The stainless steel S Series actuators are also available in polished finishing particularly suitable for Pharmaceutical and Food industry where surface cleanness is requested. They are deisgned for on/off and modulating duties.

9 different model sizes both for double action and spring return execution, integrated in a modular design for easy installation and maintenance. 

Different range of working temperatures allows the best actuator selection compared to the working conditions.
At the same time, several finishing surface can be selected to best suite the working environment.

Multiple ISO flanges, several shaft connections and extended stroke adjustment possibilities are available for flexible coupling with the valves.

Output torque up to 2.000Nm as minimum.
