Product Overview

The 4th Generation Upgrade Series is the aluminum Rack & Pinion primary line that includes the best concepts and technological innovations.
 
17 different model sizes both for double action and spring return execution, integrated in a modular design for easy installation and maintenance. 
Wide range of options fulfills this actuator series.
 
Different range of working temperatures allows the best actuator selection compared to the working conditions.
At the same time, several protection levels can be selected to best suite the working environment.
 
Multiple ISO flanges, several shaft connections and extended stroke adjustment possibilities are available as standard for flexible coupling with the valves.
 
Output torque up to 10.000Nm.

RANGE

  • 17 different model sizes both in double acting and spring return
  • Output torque up to 10.000Nm
  • 6 different protection levels as a minimum
    (different combination of materials and coatings for perfect matching with installation environment)
  • 3 different working temperature executions
    (from -60°C/-76°F up to +150°C/+302°F)

TECHNICAL FEATURES

  • Mechanism: rack and pinion

  • Housing base material: aluminum
  • -40°C as standard lower limit of temp execution
  • Multiple choice of ISO flange and drive shaft connection for each actuator size.
  • Fasteners in stainless steel as a base.
  • Stroke adjustment range -5°/+15° and 75°/95°
  • Supply media: compressed dry or lubricated air and inert gasses
  • Fast acting options
  • Extra travel stop adjustment for opening and closing
  • Lockout capability
